Anime Characters With Scars On Face

It’s rare to see anime girls with face scars, yet we can all agree that these scars look great on any character. These tattoo-like markings, however, can also make an anime character look attractive or even hot in the case of a female character. They will be cool and action-packed for the rest of the series as well when they have a scare.

Unlike piercings or scars, facial markings tend to be intricate. Sometimes, they can even tell a story in and of themselves. In anime, facial markings are diverse, and none of them are the same. Everybody can agree that these markings add depth and intrigue to any character.

One of the most aesthetically pleasing characters is Sesshomaru, Inuyasha's half-brother. His face markings are simple but aesthetically pleasing. They'd be pretty easy to replicate for a cosplay. He has a purple crescent moon on his forehead and two magenta stripes on either side of his face.

Ibiki’s appearances in Naruto are few and far between, although he has a noticeable scar on his face. Under his scarf and long sleeves, he has even more craters and burns, which is why he wears them. It took him years of brutal torture to earn the scars that made him one of the most feared ANBU members.
